Our services support vulnerable adults, including people with mental health needs, sensory impairments, physical disabilities, terminal illness and those who need support to live independently.
Our main community service is designed to achieve positive outcomes for vulnerable individuals, with day or night support in their own home.
Support is provided by at least one carer per shift, with a minimum two-hour shift, according to the individual's assessed needs.
Around-the-clock support from a dedicated team, helping vulnerable individuals maintain choice, control and independence.
A team of at least three staff covers shifts across the day and night, based on each person's care plan.
Planned, short-term relief and time-limited breaks for primary caregivers, with one-to-one hands-on care.
Respite support gives a primary caregiver time to rest while the person they care for continues to receive attentive support.
Approachable carers provide professional support alongside genuine, friendly companionship.
Carers are selected for their friendly personalities as well as their ability to provide professional care.
Care and support that extends beyond the home whenever it is required.
Support can continue during trips, holidays and hospital stays, helping individuals feel reassured away from home.
